2006 Grand Prize Raffle Winner Constable Ruben Davis is congradulated by David Fauvelle. Ruben is the 2006 winner of a $20,000 US Savings Bond, the ticket was purchased from Oyster Creek Rotary Club's President, Dan Flagg.

Chuck and Ernie each purchased a raffle ticket in Mikes name as a birthday present. One of the two tickets was the last to be drawn in our raffle making Mike the winner of a $20,000 US Savings Bond!
